We accept returns under the following conditions...


We need to be notified of the manufacture defect item within 7 days of your receipt of the product with the invoice number.


The product must not be altered to be disguised as a manufacture defective item. If your child opens the product, plays with it and breaks it, we will not accept it back. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7-14 business days of receipt back to the original form of payment or as a store credit.


Please, completely inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item(s) is missing, leave the package and contents as is and contact us immediately so we may investigate further. We require the original packaging for a possible claim that may be required through UPS.


If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will provide the correct item or a credit once the incorrect item has been returned.


Defective products must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We are not able to issue a credit for item(s) after 30 days. will issue a credit for returned defective merchandise with the invoice only. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.


We have the right to charge customers who use C.O.D payment option an appropriate C.O.D fee plus the shipping charges incurred including any restocking fees, if the package is returned to us in any case. Balance will be charged to the credit card on file. If balance is unpaid, appropriate actions will be taken to retrieve full payment of balance which includes but not limited to: Collection Agencies, Legal Services.


Final approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection, by of the product.
Log into your account at and click on 'My Account' then under 'My Account Information' click on 'Returns.' Follow the 'Return Guide' and send a request for a return authorization number. Once your request has been reviewed we will issue you a Return Authorization number(RA#). Please include your RA# with the return, and a copy of your invoice with returned items marked. Any returns without the RA# on the outside of the package box will be refused. All returned products must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
