1. Where are you located?

Our warehouse/show room is located at 11536 Harry Hines Blvd. #106. Dallas, TX 75229 Wholesale purchases can be made in-store with a valid Tax ID.

2. Do you sell to public?

No. We are strictly wholesale. If you are located in the state of Texas, we require a valid Resale Tax ID.
Out-of-state businesses must provide proof of business ownership in the form of a Federal Tax ID #, State Resale Certificate, or Professional License #.

3. What is the minimum purchase?

Our minimum purchase is $100 per order.

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept COD from established customers only in the form of money order or cashier's check.
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all COD orders. The credit card will solely be used for refused or unpaid COD orders which have a balance that needs to be paid in full for shipping, COD, and restocking fees incurred.
Customers are liable for all shipping costs, COD charges, and restocking fees when an order is unpaid or refused.
New customers must use a valid credit card for their first purchase.
Cash On Delivery (COD), money orders, cashier’s checks, or bank transfers are not allowed for international customers.Our minimum purchase is $100 per order.

5. Do you accept fax order?

Yes, we accept fax orders. If you are a new customer, please create an account on our website prior to faxing your order. Please fax your order to 972-243-5188 and contact us to confirm that we have received it at 1-800-376-1157 or by email at jnh11@handbagshopping.com. We are not responsible if your fax order submission was delayed due to lack of order details or failure to contact us for confirmation. Please remember that the minimum order amount still applies ($100 per order).
You must also include the following with your fax order to be processed properly without delay: Company Name, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Contact Phone, payment information such as credit card number, expiration date, cvv security code.

6. How long does it take for my order to begin processing?

Orders(phone, fax, web) placed before 9:30AM(CT) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders(phone, fax, web) placed after 9:30AM(CT) will begin processing the following business day.
(Orders will not be processed on Sunday/Holiday)

7. When will my order ship out?

Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days from processing.

8. How do I cancel my order after it has been processed and shipped?

Please contact us immediately at 1-800-376-1157. We can not guarantee immediate cancellation of your order if we are contacted by email.
If your package has already shipped, we may be able to contact our carrier to have it rerouted to us but the customer is liable for all shipping costs, COD charges, and restocking fees which will be deducted from the original form of payment.
If any package is refused upon delivery attempt including COD orders, the customer is liable for all shipping costs, COD charges, and restocking fees.

9. How long does it take for me to receive the order?

We ship orders via UPS .(Orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays observed by UPS. Saturday deliveries can be requested by phone at an additional cost)
You have the option to choose UPS Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, etc..
You can always check out www.ups.com for additional information.

10. How much will my shipping costs be?

All shipping costs depend on weight, dimension, and distance.
Your actual shipping cost will be displayed during check out process.

11. Do you have a dropship service?

No. We no longer offer dropshipping service.

12. Do you have any discounts?

Please contact customer service for any additional discounts on larger orders.

13. How do I change my shipping address after submitting my order?

Please call us immediately at 1-800-376-1157 to correct your shipping address.
If your order has already shipped, there will be a $10.00 service fee for the correction and your shipment may be delayed at least 1 business day.

14. Do you send our catalogs with your updated inventory?

Unfortunately, we do not have a mail out catalog. Please visit our website for the most up-to-date fashion handbags and accessories.

15. Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

Unfortunately, we ship through UPS and they do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

16. Do you have all the items showing on the website?

We update our inventory daily, but some items may be out of stock when we process your order. Our inventory is accurate to nearly 99%. Those items will not be on back order and will be excluded from your order. The difference will be refunded back to your original form of payment. We realize that you may purchase some items to work specifically with another on your order but please understand that we make no differentiation when shipping available products.  We try to get your items to you as quickly as we can. Please utilize the comment box during the check out process for any specific needs for your order and we will do our best to comply.  If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us.

17. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally but all payments must be made by a valid credit card. Money orders, cashier’s checks, and bank transfers are NOT accepted. Cash On Delivery (COD) is not an option for international customers. Additional information may be requested such as proof of business ownership and credit card transaction verification.
