The customer is responsible for inquiring & confirming current information at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders placed before the price reduction. We will not substitute alternate items or backorder items that are out of stock. After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This total may differ from your check-out invoice due to availablity of items.
Order Cancellation You may cancel any HANDBAGSHOPPING.COM order as long as the order status is "pending." If order status is "processing or shipped," it cannot be cancelled. Any concern regarding this matter, please call us at 1-800-376-1157 with your order number handy. Returned or refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
